I am an ex-chef and restaurant manager of 15 years having worked in both Paris and London and I’m an avid collector of cook books, I’m basing this site on my collection, new releases and classic titles as well as a few obscure and specialist books. I look forward to receiving other peoples opinions on the books I love.
There is a link to buy the book from an online retailer (usually Amazon) at the end of each review, but depending on availability, this may be a link to another retailer, publisher or if out of print an ebay link.
